The 4th Day Program is a home visiting program offered to families that access Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery Services. The purpose of this position is to empower chronically stressed families by building upon family strengths, addressing identified needs and developing a community support network. These services are provided primarily on location in the family’s home and community. This specific position is tied to HPRP housing funds and will focus on helping families find and maintain stable housing.

The Committee Against Domestic Abuse, Inc. is a non-profit domestic violence and sexual assault victim’s advocacy and shelter organization based in Mankato, Minnesota. They are looking for an Executive Director and is a full-time salaried position who provides overall leadership, management, and planning for the organization. This ED reports directly to the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
* Master’s Degree with 2-3 years related experience preferred or
* Bachelor’s Degree plus 4-5 years related leadership/management experience in non-profit or human services sectors
* Demonstrated understanding and/or experience in work with victim/survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault.
* Strong organizational, oral, electronic and written communication skills.
* Commitment to issues of cultural diversity in social services.
* Ability to provide leadership in an exciting, challenging, and complex work environment.
