Facilitate the utilization of evidence-based practices as a method of achieving improved outcomes of safety, permanency and well-being for children and families involved in the California public child welfare system."

The Future of Children Online Journal
The Future of Children is an online publication of the Children, Families, and Communities Program of The David and Lucile Packard Foundation. The primary purpose of The Future of Children is to promote effective policies and programs for children by providing policymakers, service providers, and the media with timely, objective information based on the best available research.
