Cause of Death: Woman is an investigative report on violence against women. One in three women around the world is subjected to physical, sexual or some other form of violence during her lifetime. Between 2010 and 2012 the investigators examined the situation in ten countries. In each country they met women who had survived violence and people working for change. With the help of relatives they were also able to tell the stories of women who have been killed. The website contains over 150 articles from all over the world. Center for Gender and Refugee Studies
The Center's mission is to protect the basic human rights of refugee women and girls by advancing gender-sensitive asylum laws, helping advocates successfully represent women in need of protection, and preventing these refugees from being forcibly returned to the countries from which they have fled. The Center also carries out research and advocacy initiatives around human rights violations in regions around the world.
Coalition Against Trafficking in Women
Coalition Against Trafficking in Women is a feminist non-governmental organization (NGO) that promotes women's human rights. The Coalition is composed of regional networks and affiliated international groups. They work internationally to combat sexual exploitation in all its forms, especially prostitution and trafficking in women.

International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims
The International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims promotes the provision of treatment and rehabilitation of torture victims globally and contributes to the prevention of torture. This has been done by focusing on support to the establishment of rehabilitation centres and programmes as well as through documentation, information, and training of health professionals.
KidsRights, an organization based in the Netherlands, stands up for vulnerable children all over the world - children who fall victim to neglect, abuse, violence, exploitation, or discrimination, or run the risk of doing so. This organization runs projects all over the world and funds existing local projects with long-term support. They also cover all of a child's needs including healthcare, nutrition, education, accomodation, and attention.
