It provides important information to help employers make decisions about policy and procedural responses to employees involved in domestic violence. <br> The survey instrument used collected data on men’s use of workplace resources to perpetrate violence against an intimate partner and the impact of abuse on their own and their partner’s workplace. The survey also collected data on workplace intervention and prevention policies, and procedures and strategies that would prevent men from abusing partners from and in the workplace.
