    <title>How Does Domestic Violence Affect the Vermont Workplace?  A survey of male offenders enrolled in batterer intervention programs in Vermont</title>

    <description>This report informs policy makers and employers about the way Vermont workplaces are affected 
by domestic violence.  It provides important information to help employers make decisions about 
policy and procedural responses to employees involved in domestic violence. &lt;br&gt;
The survey instrument used collected data on men&#8217;s use of workplace resources to perpetrate 
violence against an intimate partner and the impact of abuse on their own and their partner&#8217;s workplace. The survey also collected data on  workplace intervention and prevention policies,  and procedures and strategies that would prevent men from abusing partners from and in the workplace.</description>

The project&#8217;s target groups are professionals from core agencies responsible for the protection and support of victims and the prevention of violence, organisations and institutions working in the area of violence prevention, policy makers and &#8211; last but not least &#8211; victims of gender-based violence.</description>

This training will help to equip you with strategies for handling post-traumatic stress and leading others beyond traumatic events, informed by the latest trauma healing research from the fields of neurobiology, psychology, restorative justice, conflict transformation, peacebuilding, and religion/spirituality.&lt;br&gt;
