  • Women's Rural Advocacy Programs
    Description: WRAP is a collective of six offices serving six counties in southwestern Minnesota. WRAP provides advocacy for domestic abuse victims and their children in Cottonwood, Lincoln, Lyon, Murray, Redwood, and Yellow Medicine counties.
